Registration form

All delegates are kindly requested to fill in the on-line registration form. Please use only one form per participant. We remind you that in order to publish the paper in the digital book of abstracts, at least one author must be registered for the conference.

All registration forms should be accompanied by full payment.

The regular registration fee covers: welcome drink, coffee breaks and lunch every congress day (3 lunches), access to sessions and digital book of abstracts.

Post conference technical tours will be organized only with a minimum number of 15 participants. If interested please send a mail to: segreteria@orikata.it.

*Students must send a certificate showing that they are enrolled in PhD/Bachelor or Master Courses in the academic year 2017/2018 in order to obtain the reduced registration fee.

FATTURAZIONE ELETTRONICA VERSO LE AMMINISTRAZIONI PUBBLICHE: si richiede, a tutti coloro che necessitano di intestare al proprio Ente di appartenenza la fattura relativa alla quota di iscrizione, di indicare tutti i dati fiscali dell'Ente Pubblico unitamente al CODICE UNIVOCO UFFICIO, dato obbligatorio al fine del corretto invio elettronico.
La fatturazione dell’iscrizione stessa dovrà essere autorizzata per iscritto dall’ente e inviata via fax al numero 0461 824251 o via email a segreteria@orikata.it
Si comunica inoltre che la richiesta di fatturazione agli Enti Pubblici non sarà più disponibile in sede congressuale, ma soltanto durante la fase delle iscrizioni online precedente all'evento.
ESENZIONE IVA: Si ricorda che la quota di partecipazione sarà esente IVA qualora venisse corrisposta da un ente pubblico (esente IVA ai sensi DPR n. 633/72 e successive modifiche). In questo caso la fatturazione dell’iscrizione stessa dovrà essere autorizzata per iscritto dall’ente e inviata unitamente alla scheda di iscrizione includendo i dati anagrafici fiscali dell’ente stesso.


Cancellation:
Should you cancel your registration, the Conference Secretariat must be informed by fax or by e-mail.
The following cancellation conditions will be applied:
Notification received by 1st June total refund (handling fee: euro 20,00).
Notification received after 2nd June no refund.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
Refunds will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.
